The National Association of Housing Counselors offers training to those persons interested in becoming Certified Housing Counselors.

3-Day Training Fee $350.00
1-Day Testing Fee $125.00
Housing Resource Guide Fee $89.00
Membership Dues Fee $75.00


The National Association of Housing Counselors and Agencies requires a minimum of 15 candidates for certification training and testing before we will come to your location. If the number is less than 15, it requires approval of the NAHCA President.
